alignImages
Synopsis
Align a group of images using align_image_stack from Hugin.
Prerequisites
This module needs an HDR-list-file (config-var HDR_LIST) generated by module findGroups. Also the module fixCA must run before alignImages.
Configuration
- IMG_ALIGN=1|0
- Align images if set to one. Otherwise the module just creates a symbolic link to the files created by module fixCA.
- AIS_PREFIX
- Prefix for generated images. Defaults to ais_.
- IMG_DIR
- Working directory. This module expects it's input files in this directory and creates it's output files in this directory.
Description
You need alignImages if you shoot your image-sequences without a tripod. Even with a tripod your images might need it, since a misalignment of only a few pixels could nevertheless be possible. You should always use alignImages in your workflow, since other modules like enfuseImages or makeHDR depend on it.
The module creates files with the prefix ais_. In case of images not part of a sequence, the module creates symlinks to the respective ca_-file generated by fixCA.
